By accessing ailqo.com or using Ailqo, you agree to these terms. If you use Ailqo for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The service

Ailqo is an AI-assisted CRM platform. Features may change. Trial periods and access are provided at our discretion and may be subject to a separate agreement.

Accounts

You are responsible for account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when requesting access.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use Ailqo in violation of applicable law. You remain responsible for messages you send using the product.

Intellectual property

Ailqo branding, software, and site content are owned by Ailqo or its licensors. You retain ownership of your customer data.

Disclaimer

The site and service are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ailqo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
